Our automated in-house testing facilities follow global quality benchmarks, backed by advanced equipment such as profile projectors, video inspection systems, universal testers and automatic sorting machines. Every part passes through tightly controlled inspection parameters, ensuring 30-micron forming accuracy, 100% traceability and complete transparency throughout the production and dispatch process. These systems allow us to validate critical dimensions, material performance and consistency across millions of components every month.

Warehousing

Our warehouses are positioned for efficiency, supported by a real-time production and dispatch management system that allows complete visibility of stock movement at every stage. This integrated tracking ensures smoother inventory planning for customers, reduced waiting time, and reliable delivery schedules. With structured storage systems and accurate dispatch mapping, we maintain fast turnaround times even during high-volume production cycles.

Advanced Manufacturing

We operate with a robust line-up of German, Japanese and Taiwanese machines, including high-speed presses, multi-slide forming machines and precision tool-room equipment. These machines enable output of up to 560 strokes per minute, 0.1 mm stamping and highly stable 30-micron accuracy forming. Combined with advanced tooling, in-house development capabilities and multi-line production floors, our manufacturing infrastructure is built to meet demanding global requirements.

Innovation at Scale

For over five decades, we’ve led innovation through indigenisation, advanced tooling and process optimisation. Our teams have successfully replaced imported parts for major brands such as Bharat Seats Ltd and ABB India, achieving measurable outcomes like 22% and 31% cost savings, faster development cycles and reduced dependency on overseas supply chains. We also implement technologies and practices that significantly reduce scrap generation from 38% down to 2%, enabling sustainable, high-efficiency production.

Equipped with German, Japanese and Taiwanese machines, we operate 21+ production lines delivering 30-micron forming accuracy, up to 560 strokes/min and 0.1 mm stamping. Our infrastructure includes 93% in-house tool design & development, VMC and high-speed presses, backed by world-class testing—profile projector, video inspection, universal tester and automatic sorting. 

A real-time production & dispatch management system ensures 100% traceability and transparency across every batch and we are expanding with a new manufacturing facility at IMT Faridabad
